Thanks to the Requirements Map, you can confirm entry requirements for your destination and for returning to your home country. Save your insurance policies and, in case of cancellation, manage your refund directly through the app.
- During your trip: Request assistance with just one click, via phone, chat, or telemedicine service. Wherever you are and in your own language. Additionally, if you’ve experienced an incident, you can check what documentation you’ll need to gather and submit to process your refund.
- After the trip: report your claim and track the resolution of each case in real time.
