About this app
Your second brain for managing a team.
Never forget what you agreed with your team. Sidekick is an AI manager assistant that remembers conversations, 1:1 meetings, tasks and important follow-ups — so nothing falls through the cracks between one meeting and the next.
RECORD OR IMPORT A 1:1 MEETING
Record a conversation with an employee and Sidekick creates a transcript, a clear summary, and a list of action items automatically. Already using Teams or Zoom? Import the transcript instead of recording.
NEVER LOSE TRACK OF FEEDBACK, TASKS & FOLLOW-UPS
Every task, promise and piece of feedback is saved against the right person — so your next 1:1 starts with "last time we said..." instead of starting from zero.
AI THAT PREPARES YOU FOR YOUR NEXT CONVERSATION
Before a meeting, Sidekick surfaces what's open with that person: unfinished tasks, past feedback, things you agreed to follow up on.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Conversations can be processed fully offline on your device. When cloud AI is used, names, companies and sensitive data are automatically redacted before anything leaves your phone.
WHO IS SIDEKICK FOR?
Team leads, office managers, project managers and anyone running regular 1:1s or team meetings who wants an AI assistant that actually remembers — not just another notes app.
Free plan with no time limit and no credit card required. Get Sidekick and stop losing track of what was agreed between meetings.
