Manara ESS is the employee self-service app for staff of International Medical Company (IMC) and Kulud Pharmacy in Qatar. It is not a public service - a valid company account is required to sign in, and accounts are issued by the HR department.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Leave: check your balance, submit a leave request, track it through each approval stage, and see the outcome without chasing anyone.
- General Request Forms (GRF): raise HR requests, attach supporting documents from your phone, and follow the routing to the person who has it now.
- Attendance: review your own attendance record, shift times and weekly off days.
- Payslips and salary: view your pay information when your entitlement allows it.
- Recognition: send and receive peer recognition across branches and departments.
- Messenger: reach your HR contacts and colleagues from inside the app.
- Documents: keep your licences, certificates and HR documents in one place.
BUILT FOR HOW STAFF ACTUALLY WORK
Full Arabic and English throughout, including right-to-left layout. Pharmacy and warehouse staff work across many branches and shifts, so every screen is designed for a phone held one-handed on a shop floor, not a desk.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Sign-in is required and every connection uses HTTPS. You see only your own records and whatever your role permits. The app shows no advertising, contains no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not sell or share your data with third parties. Full detail is in the privacy policy linked on this page.
