Manateq HRMS gives Manateq employees secure, on-the-go access to the HR tools they use every day.

Sign in with your Manateq Microsoft account or, where enabled, with email and password — then manage your work day without ever opening a laptop.

• Submit leave requests — annual, sick, and other absence types
• Submit permission requests with category, reason, and replacement
• See your live leave balance, year-to-date attendance, and request history
• Approve or reject your team's requests in one tap
• Browse your team, find a colleague to cover, and view their position
• Receive real-time push notifications for approvals, decisions and HR updates
• Manage HR documents and attach files to your requests
• Unlock the app with Face Unlock or fingerprint

What’s new

• Apply for Leave has been refreshed with a cleaner step-by-step flow.
• You can now attach documents to a leave request and preview them before submitting.
• My Leave Requests shows attached documents directly on each card — tap any file for a full-screen preview.
• Managers can now see the actual requester's name on pending requests, know at a glance which ones have documents attached, and preview those documents before approving or declining.
