I had a good experience with my first puja using this app and even saw some devotees offering puja for our Army...It brought tears to my eyes .. Nevertheless, just 2 points for improvement: pls start the puja timely as per the muhurat else notify us about it's late start since we have other duties as well. Secondly, in the prasad packet; pls also include sindoor, chandan or bibhuti....Rest assured, it's a very good initiative..Please keep up the quality... Jai Hind 🙏

Genuine service and helpful, however the process has a high defect ratio of missing out on the pujas and no proactive revert back from their side on missed out pujas. Also the app does not have any system of showing refund progress. Once these are addressed, I'll increase my rating. 🙏

I used this app for the first time and it looks I was scammed. I never received my video. even though the app clearly states it takes 2-3 days. Support doesn't respond. I contacted them on WhatsApp.
