Very disappointing service. I was supposed to receive an Ashirwad Box, but it was never delivered. The delivery status falsely showed that I was unavailable, and the alleged call attempt was logged at 11:45 PM, which is highly questionable. I complained 5 times and was repeatedly told the issue was being investigated and that I would receive updates, but I never got any message or resolution. After repeatedly following up, it appears my number was blocked, as I could no longer get through.

1. The music in mandir becomes annoying when there is no option to turn it off. It just doesn't shut up even when I want to hear mantra or music of the day and even when I select Vadya Yantra. 2. when we hear mantra of the day it goes on when we are using other apps in background but then it stops after some time, it shouldn't stop. 3. App fails to load just on mobile network & feels heavy. it works only when I am on wifi. I have Jio 5G network in phone it doesn't load on this phone network.

Request to kindly remove the bell sound played while opening the app, or consider replacing it with a softer and more pleasant notification sound. Many users access the app while using hands-free devices or earphones, and the current bell sound can ring directly into their ears, causing discomfort and uneasiness. A gentler sound would greatly improve the user experience.
