# Manee Shop – App Support
## About the App
Manee Shop is a mobile commerce app for physical and digital products. You can
browse categories, place orders, track shipments, and download digital items.
## Getting Started
1. Create an account with email and password.
2. Log in to manage orders, wallet, and downloads.
3. Update profile details and profile photo.
## Managing Your Account
- Edit profile: Profile > Edit Profile
- Change password: Settings > Change Password
- Delete account: Settings > Delete Account
## Orders and Payments
- Place an order from the cart and choose a payment method.
- For bank transfer or QR payments, upload a payment slip:
Checkout > Upload Slip (take a photo or choose from album).
- Track order status from Orders.
## Digital Downloads
After payment is confirmed, open My Downloads to access your files.
## Refunds and Returns
If your order is eligible, request a refund from the order detail page.
## Photos and Permissions
- Camera and photo library access are used only to let you take or select images
for profile photos and payment slips.
- Only the images you select are used.
## Support
- In-app support: Profile > Support > Open Ticket
- Response time: within 24 hours
- Support hours: 9:00–18:00 (local time)

## Troubleshooting
- If login fails, use “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
- If an upload fails, check your network connection and try again.
- If downloads do not appear, confirm you are logged in with the account used
to purchase.
