SmartFlow is the personal finance app for those who want real control of their money without giving their bank credentials to anyone. Everything works 100% on your mobile: no bank connection, no external servers, no data sales. Your financial information is yours and yours alone.

Each property has its own profile: market value, rental income, expenses and taxes by category, and automatically calculated net profitability. The mortgage isn't a generic estimate: SmartFlow generates the actual amortization schedule (principal and interest month by month) and lets you compare it to your bank statement when it doesn't match down to the last cent. Mark categories and quotas as recurring, and the app will suggest them to you each month, ready for confirmation.
