6 + 4 = 4 is wrong. Move one match and it's right: take the middle match of the 6, put it in the top right corner, and you get 0 + 4 = 4. That's the whole idea, and it gets tricky fast.

Matchstick Puzzle: One Move is a calm math riddle game built from wooden matches. Each level shows an equation or a shape made of matchsticks. Move, add or take away as many matches as the level allows until it's true.

ANY CORRECT ANSWER COUNTS
A lot of matchstick puzzles have more than one fix. This game doesn't compare your board to one stored answer. It reads the equation you made and checks the math, so if it's true, you solved it. After each level you also see the other answers, drawn in matches, under Also correct.

FOUR KINDS OF PUZZLES
• Move 1 match: 200 levels of the classic riddle
• Move 2 matches: 150 levels that can't be solved with a single move
• Add or remove: 120 levels where you add a spare match or take one away
• Squares and triangles: 80 shape puzzles, for example leave exactly 6 triangles
Every pack is open from the start, and each one goes from easy to hard. I checked every level with a solver, so each one has an answer within the moves it gives you.

DAILY PUZZLE
One new puzzle every day, the same for everyone. Solve it each day to keep your streak going.

HOW TO PLAY
• Drag a match to a new spot, or tap it to pick it up and tap where it goes
• Glowing spots show where a match can land
• Signs are made of matches too, so an equals sign can turn into a plus
• Undo and Restart are always there

HINTS WHEN YOU'RE STUCK
A hint first lights up the match to pick up, then shows where it goes. Hints come after a short optional video, and if no video loads you still get the hint.

TWO LOOKS
Matchbox is warm paper and pale wood. Night Spark is a dark night blue board with bright match heads, and it turns on by itself in dark mode. You can also pick one in Settings.

GOOD FOR SHORT BREAKS
Most levels take a minute or two. If you like brain teasers, matchstick games and math puzzles you can work out in your head, you'll feel at home here.
