As many others have pointed out, the app is a great idea but needs to be improved. Connecting to WiFi and Bluetooth is difficult. I'm not sure why the SSID has to be entered manually when every other app uses network discovery. I cannot connect Bluetooth to 2 units at the same time. There is no description of the icons on the app but the website says there is a manual. And the ability to do firmware updates is an absolute requirement. Please listen to the users and make this app awesome!

There are so many things wrong here! The app is sluggish. it was a pain to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. There are no time of use settings even though the product support page says there is. The app looks completely different from the product support page in fact. The buttons are also useless in the app because I constantly get a "device rejection operation" error message. What is the point of having an app if I need to go to the local panel anyways? Please fix!

new releases don't improve anything. I would not buy this system again, if a do-over were possible. loses wifi connectivity randomly (cheap wifi cards?) the hardware is flaky, the app is riddled with bugs. some days, parts work..other days.... not.
