Make the chore of uploading important insurance documents easier by running this app. Point your device's camera at a document and the app will automatically crop an image of the document and prepare it for upload. Then choose the type of document you are sending and press the "Upload" button - and you are done!

Last year, this app worked seamlessly. Tonight, it refused to accept my log in info. Attempted multiple times, rebooted phone, to no avail. Fortunately, found a QR code and used phone to scan and took me to Easy Upload website. Ta da! Accepted my log in info and was able to seamlessly scan and upload my documents. It would be great to figure out what's buggy with this app. It is 5 stars when it works.

Sometimes the app scans, sometimes it doesn't. Very stressful when you've been hospitalized and can't get the app to scan these big bills you get from the hospital despite the insurance company claiming no co-pays.

1st time trying to submit claim forms won't upload any of them! Junk app that's supposed to make filing a claim faster and easier! Not! Hope their claim service is better than their app!!
