About this app

Floor Plan Audit is an internal tool for Manheim field auditors who perform
physical floor plan inventory verification at dealership locations. Access
requires a company-provisioned account and the app is distributed to managed
devices only.

Auditors use the app on a tablet at the dealer site to work through an assigned
audit from start to close, including in locations with poor network coverage.

- Review dealer details, addresses, due dates and unit counts before starting
- Count and verify units, searching by VIN or stock number
- Toggle between in-stock and sold unit views on large inventories
- Track added, completed, missing and incomplete units as you work
- Resolve data conflicts between recorded and physically counted inventory
- Record in-stock exceptions through guided workflow steps
- Verify certificate of title status per unit
- Record check payments collected during an audit, with running totals
- Add comments at audit or unit level
- Look up dealer locations and update client contact details
- Generate, view and print audit reports and a pre-close summary
- Validate completeness before closing an audit
- Work offline against an encrypted on-device database, then sync
- Review sync history and any items that could not be synced
- Automatic sign-out after a period of inactivity

DATA HANDLING

Audit data is held in an encrypted database on the device and transmitted over
an encrypted connection to Manheim systems. The app collects your work email
