App constantly crashes if you leave. For example, if you get a phone call, 9/10 times the app will have closed when you try to go back, meaning you have to re-enter ALL of your search filters again. Like another review mentioned, there's no way the app should be this bad w/all the fees you charge. Spend the money to make it right. Consult w/copart, theirs is decent & always improving

Extreamly terrable compared to old app. Dealer have about 60 seconds to check a car at the line, all they want a quick scan and you can see all important info, value of vehicle, title info, how many owners etc... With the new app you have to click on so many things to find the info, by that time the car have gone by. People don't care how pretty app is, functionality is the key.

Horrible app. Always crashes, using an s23 ultra. If you leave the app to get information about a car you're trying to find an mmr value on, it crashes when you go back in 9 times out of 10. The car search is horrendous, I'll enter all the filters I'm trying to use, hit search, then have to reenter all of the information again because it somehow manages to delete the criteria I've just entered every time. And mmr is almost never accurate, waste of space on your phone.
