Run your own 5v5 tactical shooter esports team. Scout the recruits, draw the tactics, and win the league.

CS Manager is a deep esports manager sim: you never aim a gun. You sign the players, build the strategy, and watch every round play out on a live tactical map where your plan either works or it does not.

BUILD THE ROSTER
Scout and sign recruits across five specialist roles - in-game leader, AWP specialist, entry fragger, lurker and support. Every recruit has real attributes (aim, game sense, clutch, comms), a tier from 1 to 10, stamina to manage, and a role specialty that changes how they behave in a match.

DRAW THE TACTICS
The Playbook is the heart of the game. Draw routes on every map, set sightlines, timings, crawls and waits, choose your bomb-site priority and your opening tempo, then save multiple plans per map and pick one before the match. Your team runs what you drew.

- Esport Match: the full distance, first to 16 rounds with a halftime side swap
- Ranked: climb the ladder from Bronze to Legend
- Tournaments: single-elimination brackets of 8, 12 or 16 teams
- Clutch Striker League: a weekly competitive league with a new concept every week
- Arms Race and Last Man Standing: fast free-for-all deathmatch modes
- PvP challenges: take on squads posted by other managers
- Scrims and training: fully custom practice matches with no consequences

TRAIN AND DEVELOP
Boot Camp drills raise individual attributes. Tier promotions unlock elite potential. Coaching lifts stamina ceilings. Every point you invest is an edge your opponents do not have - matchmaking scales to your squad, and your training is what puts you ahead of it.

RUN THE CLUB
Manage cash, sponsors and streaming income. Collect weapon skins, knives, gloves and helmets across a deep cosmetic catalog. Set map vetoes. Read match history, MVP stats and round-by-round breakdowns.

What’s new

Arms Race and Last Man Standing, repaired end to end: both modes now run at true match speed (they ran at half), spawn points cover the whole arena instead of stacking fighters on one spot, respawns never land within range of a living fighter, and the dots you watch through the countdown are exactly where the race begins. Matchmaking is binding now too: closing the game during the queue or map pick no longer loses your lobby - the same opponents and map wait for your return.
