Giving 5 stars for some of the designs. Use to shop here mostly sale time, as quite expensive for what it is. I have nurmours items from this store, love the knitwear, coats, jackets and cargos. This store is mainly geared to the taller female. So if your a shortie like me, be prepared to get it altered. I feel it's overpriced but if you love the brand styling you will buy it.

Appalling app they rushed it -> downloaded & deleted 3 times. says it couldn't find my email address from previous purchases... had to register a new account. started adding the now over priced clothes to my cart & when it came to check out to add the address it wouldn't let me enter Australia.... It didn't even give that as an option. Then when I tried to change location + currency to AUSD it said "loading" & then would refresh back onto £ GBP pricing for London...

Not at all happy right now. I have had the app all this time and right before sale you do an update which messes everything up. I can not get into the website as I have no idea how to get the password. 5 hrs till sale. This could potentially make you lose a lot of customers if it is not fixed. I really hope not cause I love the clothes.
