This seems to be a scam. Booked a ride and the driver just never departed their starting location. There was no way to contact or report the driver and when I eventually cancelled, I was charged a cancellation fee and told I'll be penalized for my next booking. Edit: After following up on this and contacting their support, opening a ticket, there has been no reply from them. It has been 7 days and not even an initial reply. (Ticket #18950)

Sorry to say that this app is not suitable for any people who wanna arrive on time. Worst ever. Don't trust the message which said 'will arrive in 4 minutes'. Not trusted, even the old issue still not solved yet which are lateness issue. Mine is even the drop off place is just within 100 meters, but the driver not drop at first, he busy accepts other orders. And led to another long journey.

RapidKL drivers MIA & VERY UNRELIABLE. PLEASE get your drivers to have fast response to a booking. I was at the location, the driver & vehicle was at the location, I could see the vehicle parked there and drivers walking in and out of the staff room and I kept asking them about the booking and they just told me to wait longer?! They didn't seem to care. My first few times using this service was nice, but then I guess the drivers got lazy? This happened to me twice already, booked and no driver!!
