Really bad reservation system for our stay at Hard Rock. There is no way to view or change restaurant reservations within the app once you make them. Somebody was making reservations using our room number, which prevented us from making reservations for ourselves. We spent 1.5hrs of our vacation working with the concierge to fix it. Unbelievable that they don't require name to match room #. We've stayed at much smaller all-inclusive resorts that had better app and reservation systems.

downloaded the app and it closes seconds after opening. Tried on my wife's phone and it at least gets to a restaurant reservation screen, but don't see a way to change it from Spanish. get a 404 error after submitting a reservation. Useless at this point.

HARD ROCK HOTEL - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BEFORE EVEN GETTING THERE? why even bother to offer an app? it does NOT save your info properly. You can NOT make reservations for anything. Useless to say the least. Making it for a very frustrating experience even before getting there. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIX ASAP OR CHANGE PLATFORM/PROVIDER.
