App is easy to use. it is great when you order food as it is still hot when it arrives

Love the service - so much quicker than a delivery driver and I don't have to answer the door - great for busy days when I'm stuck in meetings all day and get to the door. Love the app - it's easy to use. My only annoyance is that when you hit back accidentally, you lose your entire cart and have to select everything again - I find this very annoying as it happens to me far too often.

only bad experience was not even bad, it was weather related , so for safety reasons drone could not fly. they could have communicated this better but otherwise 👍
