They changed the app and it works so poorly now. I use it every day. The app already sucked to begin with, but for whatever reason they changed it and it looks/runs a lot worse. I think I'd much rather switch to online banking for better app performance and usability.

Seems backward. No good experiences withdrawing. No help trying to transfer to Wells Fargo. Not much help when asked for

I've used the app a couple times it's worked great I go to log in today and it does not load at all I've uninstalled reinstalled so there's that
