About this app

Mantify is your plant maintenance system, right in your technician's pocket.

Each piece of equipment has a tag with a QR code. The technician scans it, views the complete equipment record and history, and executes the work order standing in front of the machine. No paperwork or forms that someone has to rewrite at night.

WORKS OFFLINE

It's designed for basements, machine rooms, and warehouses where there's no cell service. The technician completes the checklist, loads the materials, takes photos, and closes the work order as usual. When the phone regains a connection, everything syncs automatically.

THE COMPLETE CYCLE

• Someone reports a fault with a photo and priority by scanning the equipment.
• The supervisor accepts it and converts it into a work order.
• The technician receives it, executes it, and closes it with documentation.
• The supervisor approves the order or returns it requesting corrections.

Each step is recorded, showing who performed it and when. In the end, you have the true history of each piece of equipment, not just someone's memory.

WHAT THE TECHNICIAN DOES ON THEIR CELL PHONE

• Scan the equipment's QR code and view its record and history
• Report a fault with photos, video, and priority level
• View assigned work orders
• Start the job and go through the checklist step by step
• Record the materials used and the time worked
• Attach photos and videos of the equipment after repair
• Sign on screen and close the order

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Scheduled plans automatically generate work orders with their checklists already loaded. Preventive maintenance no longer depends on someone remembering.
