Worst Bus operator. Don't ever book bus with this operator. The operator cancelled the bus ticket on the day of departure. The reason they gave was the bus broke down. On call they conveyed that the refund will be credited in 24hours. On mail they wrote 5-7 days. It's been 9 days now but I still haven't received the money. I've called many numbers specified on the app. None of them responded correctly. The contact number specified in the mail is of no use as the person never picks up the call.

Horrible bus service. The seats shown as sleeper in the app are actually seater ones in the bus. The support person was adamant and not at all supportive. The fares are unreasonably high for a travel company providing such abhorrent service. The refund has not been credited even after cancelling the return ticket. 1 star review for this company is 1 star too many. However, the owner has my respect if this is a front for scamming people, in which case, it's a job very well done.

Refund for the cancelled tickets is not refunded back to my bank account. On app I found 4-5 mobile numbers. I tried to contact to that number. But some are not answered and some are not connected. Also emailed the details but till date no reply. Till date I have used their app for almost more than 10 times. And I had no issu with app and payment. But this time the issue came with refund amount. I cancelled the ticket on 4 or 5 January 2023. Today it is 17 January 2023. Still no refund.
