Mantra RD (Registered Device) Service enable the biometric based aadhaar authentication with registered device concept implemented by UIDAI.
UIDAI has mandate to allow only registered biometric device for authentication purpose in latest authentication and ekyc api documents.
User can integrate this RD service with their application to work with MFS100 as a registered device.

Dear RDService Support Team, I am writing to report a persistent issue I am facing while using your RDService app. Despite updating the app to the latest version from the Play Store, I am still encountering the error message "This is root handset. RDService will not be work on this handset." I want to clarify that my device is not rooted. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested, including restarting the device, still getting the above error.

The app works good but the documentation on the website is old-unpdated. I wanted to change environment from prod to pre-prod and couldn't do so no matter what. On the website it said, to change environment for your device mail us. Meanwhile there is a way to do that directly from the application (I won't reveal). Both for app and desktop version. Also, they must include certain help related (what might be happening) document. That doing this might solve that. Had to refer YouTube.

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with my Morpho finger scanner device recharge not updating. When I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, I was met with incredibly rude behavior from the agent. Their dismissive attitude and lack of concern for my problem were completely unacceptable. It's appalling to receive such treatment as a paying customer.
