Difficulty in processing payments. Navigation is not intuitive.

Couldn't register I've tried several times for 2 days. Though I was doing it at night not office hours. is that the reason? heck it's an app it's not suppose to work during office hours only. Very disappointing!

It's already 2024, and unlike other insurance companies, Manulife still doesn't have an online credit card payment facility - still stuck in using enrollment forms even for one-time payments. I hope they finally get to add this feature this year. The other app features like viewing the policy, investment balance, payments, etc. are working ok, though I don't really use them as much. Thus, I'm giving it 3 stars for now and will change to 5 stars when the addtl payment feature is added.
