Ratings and reviews

Using the FREE version (and after watching a video), I set-up a Welcome automation for new followers. It didn't work. I then went through the troubleshooting and watch another video. Still doesn't work. I then went to the desktop version and none of my setup from the app was there. I re-entered everything. The destop now reads: We are currently gathering your activity...check back tomorrow. The message isn't on the app version. The program is glitchy and too inconsistent btw desktop and app.

Fantastic app but stopped working. Since fb business page doesn't send notifications for customer messages, I needed to find an outside app that would give me notify me. Unfortunately after the last release (I think it was the last one) it stopped working even after signing out and reinstalling. Luckily the desktop version still works though. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon.

I previously left a 1 star review after not being able to get this to work. Managed to get it set up after refreshing permissions. I have multiple accounts, maybe signing in and out of many accounts on different devices changed something. All good now though! Happy to leave a positive review now. This app is a game changer for people using Instagram for their business.
