Ratings and reviews

Using the FREE version (and after watching a video), I set-up a Welcome automation for new followers. It didn't work. I then went through the troubleshooting and watch another video. Still doesn't work. I then went to the desktop version and none of my setup from the app was there. I re-entered everything. The destop now reads: We are currently gathering your activity...check back tomorrow. The message isn't on the app version. The program is glitchy and too inconsistent btw desktop and app.

update* i eventually got through after many different goes, logins, etc. hopefully though if the error persists for others, it's still some feedback that might help you. thanks hi, just installed Android version, won't log in, (on phone) keeps refreshing login page, got through once, then multiple logins and entering codes through Meta, just sent me back to initial login page on many chat app.. a little frustrating, not sure if it's meta or many chat that is not working.. any help appreciated

I can't get this app to connect to my Instagram because it says it's already connected under another account. I found the the account it's connected to but can't get it to disconnect either. I spent an hour trying to find a way to get help resolving this, and there's nothing. I'd love to use the app, but it's useless to me. Hoping someone can reach out and help me resolve this.
