1. LiveChat for each your bot
Be always in touch with subscribers of each of your bots.

2. Pause Automation
Stop all bot messages while you communicate with your subscriber. As soon as you message them back, 30 minutes pause is activated and your subscriber will only receive manually sent messages from an admin for 30 minutes.

3. Assign conversation
Assign the conversation to yourself. You can track all the assignments.

Ratings and reviews

Fantastic app but stopped working. Since fb business page doesn't send notifications for customer messages, I needed to find an outside app that would give me notify me. Unfortunately after the last release (I think it was the last one) it stopped working even after signing out and reinstalling. Luckily the desktop version still works though. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon.

After couple of years trying different ones i believe this is the one i recommend everyone to use very smart build very useful full freedom to manage your stuff i use every detail of it and i love it

App is good, but support centar is awful... I can't proces card for subscription, but everything is the same like in the past 4 monts. I need help but can't speek with chatboot, no email adress, nothing... Waiting to enter group at facebook (119k members) for 2 days..
