For Project Owners:
- Create a Scope/BOQ that allows contractors to accurately estimate costs.
- Receive quotations from multiple contractors and compare item by item, identifying missing items and taxes.
- Verify contractor identity, business, and licenses.
- Create contracts, divide work into phases, and track the status of each phase.
- View site reports with photographic evidence, approve Change Orders before changing prices or schedules.
- Inspect or request independent inspectors before approving phases, open complaints, and submit evidence.
- Review actual project work and track warranty coverage.

For Contractors:
