Since my employer has started using this app we have had so many scheduling issues. If the director doesn't enter my shift I can't clock in... Why can't there be an open clock in feature for picking up shifts? I don't always have a schedule. Sometimes I am called into the facility, now I can't clock in. It's been nothing but a headache, it's caused so much confusion. I'm not a fan.

I pick my shifts and area of assignments but to my surprise when i log in, they change it. Why o why? Why they have to do that? I picked those shifts because the area that i like is open & now they put me in the area that i don't like to work. It makes no sense at all. Also, there's no way to cancel the shifts i tried to pick up in advance. Hope they have a way to cancel shifts. Their only way to cancel it is to contact the scheduler.
