We separate identity verification from trade licensing, because they are not the same thing:

1. Every applicant submits a government-issued photo ID
2. Plumbing and electrical applicants upload a valid trade licence
3. Our team reviews every application by hand — there are no automatic approvals
4. Approved providers get a verified badge before they can accept a single job

CLEAR, HONEST PRICING

See what a job costs before you book. Hourly bookings authorize the first hour when you place them and settle against the hours actually worked, so you pay for the time your provider was there. Car detailing is priced per car and charged in full at booking.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MapleCrew never sees your full card details.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

You have 48 hours after a job is marked complete to report a problem. While we review it, the provider's payout stays frozen. You are not chasing anyone for a refund on your own.
