About this app

Dovisit is the field companion for reps, drivers and service staff who work a planned
route each day. Your visits arrive already ordered and timed, so you open the app and
start working instead of building a list.

WHAT YOU GET

Today's route, ready to go
Every visit for the day, in the order your office planned it, with the scheduled window
and the locality for each stop. Status is visible at a glance: scheduled, visited,
rescheduled or cancelled.

Map and list, one tap apart
Switch between the visit list and a live map of the whole route. Every stop is numbered
on the map in visit order, so you always know what is next and how far it is.

Turn-by-turn navigation
Start guidance to any stop without leaving the app. Spoken instructions, lane guidance,
speed and speed limit, and live arrival time and distance.

Confirm the work
Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave. Mark a visit done, reschedule it
to another day, or cancel it with a reason. Attach a photo as proof of visit.

Arabic and English
The whole app, including navigation and spoken guidance, follows the language you choose
in Settings, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Place names appear in the
language you are working in.

Light and dark
A dark theme for night shifts, switched from Settings and applied instantly.

WHO IT IS FOR
Sales representatives, merchandisers, delivery drivers, technicians, inspectors and
anyone whose day is a sequence of scheduled stops.

HOW IT WORKS
Your organisation plans routes in the Dovisit web console and assigns them to staff. You
sign in with the mobile number and password your administrator gives you, and the day's
route is waiting.

Dovisit is an account-based tool. You need credentials from an organisation that uses
Dovisit; there is no self sign-up.

Maps and navigation are powered by MapNgin.
