About this app

SPOT provides you with the necessary tools to control and monitor the progress of your projects in a simple, practical and efficient way.

It is designed to keep timely control of the progress of work of any type of construction. Whether it is the homes of your housing project if you are a Developer, remodeling and individual projects if you are a Contractor or Architect, or infrastructure works in the case of working with Municipalities or Government Entities. Even if you are the client and need to monitor the progress of your project.

SPOT gives you the certainty that the work progress belongs to the indicated project since it only allows you to make progress if you are at the project site due to the use of the georeference of the devices.

SPOT are made up of two platforms; WEB and APP. The WEB platform will take you by the hand to register your projects, the properties (if necessary) and the budget, review the progress of the work, approve and reject progress, information on the budget executed for each progress of the project, etc. On the other hand, with the APP (SPOT Avance) you can download the projects, go to the construction site, capture the progress and photographs without the need for internet. At the end of the advance; and making sure that you have an internet connection again, just click on the "Finish" button and all the information will be registered on the WEB platform.
