About this app

Mappex turns any location into a collaborative workspace. Whether you're
surveying a construction site, reviewing a venue, auditing a property, or
planning a project in the field — Mappex lets your whole team drop markers,
leave feedback, and stay aligned in real time.

── HOW IT WORKS ──

Draw a map boundary around your project area. Tap anywhere inside to drop
a colour-coded marker:

🟢 Green — "This works"
🔴 Red — "This doesn't work"
🟠 Orange — "Area for concern"

Add a comment to each marker, reply to your team's feedback, and react with
agree or disagree to surface what matters most. Every marker becomes a focused
discussion thread pinned to an exact GPS location.

Share any project with a link or QR code. Collaborators join instantly — no
account required to view, account required to contribute. See everyone's
markers and comments update in real time as your team works through a site.

── AI-POWERED INSIGHTS ──

Once your team has marked up a project, tap Generate Summary to get an
AI-powered breakdown of what's working, what needs attention, and what's
critical — across every marker and discussion thread in seconds.

── PUSH NOTIFICATIONS ──

Stay in the loop without refreshing. Get notified when a collaborator adds a
new marker, replies to your comment, or joins your project.
