Ratings and reviews

We have the system since around July 2025, it worked great for almost every day except for one update, they messed something up with the tracker connecting to the database. Sometimes, it suddenly lost connection and you have to turn it off and on manually which obviously you can't if your cat is gone. They should make updates optional or leave it as is. Besides that, we are very happy with it and think they have done an outstanding job.

I am using the app and tracker for about an hour so my review can change later. It works somehow, but the mobile app is very laggy and buggy. As a software engineer (mobile), I am not impressed. I don't feel confident that it will not stop working when my daughter needs it. I will test for couple more days. If more issues, I will return it and back to the smart tag.

You have taken, what was for me, a perfect App and done a number of things to spoil it. Let me choose the GPS refresh interval. When the app first came out, the compass part didn't work on our three Samsung phones, but you fixed it. However while nowhere near as bad, the stability of the blue direction finder has been adversely affected. Sometimes I now have to rotate the phone in a figure of 8 to make it work again. Of course I can't rule out a phone update as the cause.
