Ratings and reviews

We have the system since around July 2025, it worked great for almost every day except for one update, they messed something up with the tracker connecting to the database. Sometimes, it suddenly lost connection and you have to turn it off and on manually which obviously you can't if your cat is gone. They should make updates optional or leave it as is. Besides that, we are very happy with it and think they have done an outstanding job.

you pay for the GPS itself, then you pay for the service. but neither work perfectly. my GPS is brand new, sometimes the battery will drop from 30% to shutting down in less than 10 minutes. and sometimes, as in right now, you won't be able to access the app to see where your cat is. there's also the common error where the GPS simply can't be found by the app. pretty annoying to pay for that, I wouldn't personally recommend this brand. I regret getting it.

tracker not usable after 4 or 5 days of use. battery inadequate, lasts 10 hours or so, not even overnight. aftersale support consists of automatic mails that say they will get back to me. which they did not. model: weenect xs dogs. requested refund for subscription as product not usable. we will see if refund arrives. so far nothing. avoid if you can.
