Ratings and reviews

Okay, reinstalling has helped. In general the app is good and useful, too know where the cat is, and to know where he normally walks. However, sometimes bugs occur, like the functions don't work, or connection gets lost when the cat is normally outside. Not so often though Old: superlive option does not work fow a few months, a message pops up that the command encountered problem. Once in a while it activates, but the next day the problem is there again

Often encounters problems and goes off GSM network when issuing commands. We live in an area with good mobile network coverage but often when issuing a superlive or ringing command, the command encounters a problem and the tracker disconnects from the GSM network. After about 10 minutes, it'll reconnect. so, reliability when you need it is poor.

The app has worsened even more recently, where the GPS location doesn't refresh, and the location data is inaccurate. there was a technical incident recently, but ever since then, the GPS has become significantly worse
