Our primary care has switched ownership 3 times in the last few years. This app is the worst out of the three apps for that practice and any app I've had for other providers. To begin with, it was hard to register. Then every time I try to send a message it doesn't allow me to choose a location and therefore I have to go to the website to send a message. I can't attach a picture or file to the message. Additionally it times out extremely quickly. Basically nothing in the app is easy to do.

The app will not stay connected to Google Fit. I have to reconnect it every time I open Marathon Health, which is a waste of time, considering none of my activities are recorded and updated when it is supposedly connected. There is no option whatsoever to connect to a Samsung watch or the Samsung Health app. This is a total waste of time.

Every app my clinic comes up with is an epic FAILURE! I connected to my account successfully and using the proper log in, it fails!! Even trying to reset the password it shows I'm using the same one i set up!
