registration is terrible. I cannot register the location that I usually go to. I ended up arbitrarily picking any location just to register. the workers in the store kept telling me that their system is down and that's why I can't register which is stupid. they don't know how the application works. I was able to finally register by just picking anything but by that time it was too late to get my points, again. I've already lost my points from them changing apps.

A bare-bones app that works for purchases... UNTIL THEY TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR POINTS! I had accumulated points from my orders but when I went to go cash them in, it just displays a dash now instead of a number! The employee at the store said that everyone's points aren't working right now. Okay, but now it's been like 6 months, and there's been no communication! I'll update my review when everyone's points are returned! And I certainly won't be ordering until then either.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Marble Slab, at least the west edmonton location, does not check their app orders, nor do they update what is available in their app. We ordered in the app, arrived at the location, and then had to wait in line and reiterate everything we ordered once we reached an associate. More than half of what we had ordered was not available. The associate outright told us that the manager does not convey online orders to the restaurant.
