About this app

Mares30 is a Moroccan digital media in Spanish founded on July 5, 2024.

It is headed by Mr. Toufiq Slimani, a prominent Moroccan journalist and historian known for his professionalism, honesty and seriousness at work.

The idea of ​​creating the new digital newspaper "Mares30" arose as an urgent need in the current strategic and geopolitical context between Morocco and the Iberian Peninsula on the one hand, and Morocco and Latin America on the other. It is a response to the concerns of many journalists and researchers interested in matters related to Spain.

«Mares30» was created with the purpose of informing, analyzing and studying the relations between Morocco and Spain, as well as between Morocco and Latin America, and also to prepare the media terrain for the 2030 World Cup.

Betting on this newspaper in Spanish is a strategic vision and an urgent need. Only 14 kilometers separate us from Spain. We have land borders and many common interests. We share the same destiny. We are in the same boat, if we speak in geostrategic terms.
