Extremely disappointing. Bought a 1-year license (No. 8019512), but setup issues were ignored. The implementation team declined calls, directly delaying our store opening. Now struggling just to get a confirmation for my cancellation and full refund. Product means nothing without accountability and support.

Very Poor Service and Customer Support My experience with MargBook has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is very poor, and the support team is not responsive at all. Despite contacting them multiple times, I did not receive proper assistance or timely responses. I also emailed their team regarding a refund, but I did not receive any response to my refund request either. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing.

Very, very disappointed with the service and support. License No. 8012161 — the software stopped working properly just 10 days after purchase. It has now been more than 130 days, and the issue is still not resolved. I have contacted the company more than 100 times and repeatedly requested them to fix the problem.
