About this app

“SKOPSKA” is a mobile application for electronic purchase of tickets and their validation in the JSP-Skopje vehicles, as well as for viewing the schedule and planning of your trip route within the City of Skopje. Simply top-up your e-Wallet via your credit card and purchase an electronic ticket which you can validate in the bus via the NFC contactless technology. The application will also enable you to follow the schedule of all bus lines at the territory of the City of Skopje and timely and accurate update of the information via the official website of JSP-Skopje.
With this application you can plan your trip route, by defining the starting and the ending point of the trip, select your favourite bus stop and geo-location position in a given moment.

Ratings and reviews

The database is awfully slow and fails all the time. It happened to us that we bought tickets that were not shown, we put credit and it isn't there, we validated and instead of a ticket it used from the credit balance.... Very bad app! Also there is no support, there is no one you can call to resolve the issues. Very, very bad!

It is very difficult to use and inconvenient. The planner function depends on the Google solutions but Google do not have all the bus lines information, that means there will show no solution for the data that Google doesn't have. Also, for some of the bus stops there isn't any signboard in the actual location, so it's really confusing when you compare the map on the apps while you are finding a bus stop.

Slow, awful UI. No actual description on how to do anything except buying tickets. Couldnt even buy a single ticket, had to buy 10. And it wont even let me use them. Just dreadful all around.
