Contents looks valuable. But design is bad . And the requirement of like safety equipment or what is beach signals is not international standards .. so it worthy to know which country local standards are they also reference of this Informations is very important.

The data for Beaufort Scale is incorrect starting from BF 4 (Should be 11～16 knots) . Other data is very useful.
