Horrible experience when trying to apply for a digital registration They seem to have made sure than literally everything will take centuries to load for every single step you have to do. There is a progress bar "most" of the times, but I dare you to try and tell if it's actually moving or not.

Installed the app after being prompted to do so on their website. But you can't book a room with it! You can only take up their offers, none of which were applicable to the date I wanted as a special big birthday treat for my wife. They even confirmed in a chat through the app that I can only make a booking online using a web browser WITHOUT actually logging in. Is that why there are zero reviews showing in the UK for an app with 100K+ downloads? Unbelievable for such a "prestigious" hotel!

this app is completely worthless. not to mention that there's so much false advertising involved. The app itself crashes on startup. This makes it impossible to do anything with it. This is pretty much par for the course when it comes to having uncontrolled reliance on a phone for something that should have been handled in a more logical manner. I will likely never come back to the marina bay area, nor will I rely on their broken, manipulative services ever again.
