This app is a dedicated tool for our internal facilities team to manage day-to-day operations on the go. It works alongside the web portal and is intended for authorized staff only (Admins, Facility Managers and Technicians).
With the app, users can:
Log in securely with their assigned credentials
View work orders assigned to them in real time
See key details for each work order (facility, asset, issue summary, priority and status)
Update work order status (e.g. new, in progress, completed) directly from the field
Add notes and basic completion details after work is done
View facility and asset information related to their tasks
See simple project tasks assigned to them and update progress
The goal of the app is to reduce manual tracking, improve response time and give management better visibility into what is happening across facilities.
