About this app

MarkasiPOS is an order and operation tracking application designed for businesses that provide carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and on-site cleaning services.
It brings together ledger, WhatsApp note, and memorization-based tracking into a single system.

ORDER TRACKING
You can see where each order is with steps such as Pickup, Washing, Delivery, and Completed.
There are separate flows for carpets, upholstery, and cleaning: carpets are priced by square meter or unit, and upholstery and cleaning are scheduled by appointment time.

BARCODE AND LABEL
A barcode is generated for each order. You can print labels with a Bluetooth thermal printer and find the owner of the carpet in seconds by scanning its barcode after washing.

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
An automatic SMS can be sent to the customer as the order steps change. You can customize the message texts. The customer can see the status of their order themselves from the tracking link in the SMS; they do not need to download the application or register.

ROUTE PLANNING
You group the jobs to be collected and delivered by district and arrange them in the order you will go. One-touch customer search and directions at each stop.

RECEIVABLES AND COLLECTIONS
Who owes how much, which collection was received by whom, cash and card distribution — everything is recorded.

PERSONNEL AUTHORIZATIONS
You define what each employee can see and do separately. The courier only makes deliveries, the secretary opens orders, the manager sees everything.

OFFLINE WORKING
The application does not stop when the internet is interrupted in the field. Your actions are queued and sent automatically when the connection is restored.

REPORTS
Turnover, number of jobs received, distribution by personnel and vehicle, payment method breakdown and comparison with the previous period.

WEB PANEL
You can also manage your subscription and SMS balance from your computer.

There are no in-app purchases. Subscription and SMS packages are sold outside the app.
