integral parts of the system will unexpectedly go down preventing business owners from being able to send invoices or estimates. customer service "thanks you for your understanding" and that's about it. there has been a bug for over a year where contacts added on desktop do not sync, I've reported it multiple times. I wish I had used another CRM when I started my business! too expensive for the bugs it has.

I have tried multiple times to get help! They have my income off by a few thousand. Then told it's a estimate, it is not! Now I am being told to completely stop all reoccurring WO's, invoices & to create events because they don't know what happened. The pricing has changed in clients' invoices somehow & it was NOT ME! But at the end of the year, I have to pay taxes on money that I did NOT MAKE! And to get a call back, it takes weeks. Or u get a rude message that they're not available on weekends

I love the app. however, I feel there needs to be a few more options available to have full customization of work orders and scheduling. For example, I run a Lawn business, but I don't like the fact that I am forced to choose a start and end time for my routes. I would prefer to have either an "All day" option or a "no time" option. please add this if possible.
