Installed and reinstalled this app and unable to login on it. Then today it comes up with an update needed and no way to take action. I removed and reinstalled the app and still saying it needs to be updated. Checked with Google Play and no updates there. Checked in my phone and no updates there. The program says it works on Android 6, yet mine is 13, well beyond the apps version and it should be compatible. I'll just have to contact them by phone.

App won't sign in, it keeps giving me the error "failed to load coverage data". I'm on the latest Droid OS. reading the reviews seems everyone is having the same issue. and HWA website is still directing people to install the App instead of using the website. Feels like the app is not being supported any longer

You can't enable biometrics, there is a glitch. It also wont save your email and policy number to make signing in easier since biometrics can never be enabled. This is incredibly frustrating.
