Installed and reinstalled this app and unable to login on it. Then today it comes up with an update needed and no way to take action. I removed and reinstalled the app and still saying it needs to be updated. Checked with Google Play and no updates there. Checked in my phone and no updates there. The program says it works on Android 6, yet mine is 13, well beyond the apps version and it should be compatible. I'll just have to contact them by phone.

The bio-id feature on the app doesn't work. it keeps asking for a password to enable but to sign into the account you only use email and policy number...there is no password.

app is very unhelpful for most things and now I can't even launch the app so it's completely unusable.
