Tools: It has never been easier to share information about your products and opportunity via SMS text, email, or social media. Simply choose tools specifically designed to promote your business and share them with a contact. You'll receive a notification when contacts view a tool so you know exactly when to follow up! You can even add your own tools. Record or upload short videos to share with prospects. You can even add actions to your videos so prospects can interact directly in the video. These smarter interactive tools are called a Brightool and they provide more data for follow up with ActionAlert notifications in the Feed. No data connection? No problem! When updating the app, all the other information that was provided in the app are gone. I used to have more product categories, videos and materials to share, including layered, the pet line, shop financial and more..Why were they all taken out just to add the shop live? Please let me know how to get the old version back. I need it all, not limited to the few samples categories and the shop live.

Caught the app syncing contacts ignoring the lack of permission. Uninstalled Update 08-16-2021 I called them a couple days after their reply/comment. I spoke with someone who said a person from the proper department would get back to me. So far, nada, nothing, zip. Not only does the app get one star for security violations, customer service earns one, too, for lack of follow-through.

Android users are jipped on features. I would like the ability to filter my contacts by people that have physical addresses. Also, the app doesn't properly sync in contact changes made in my contacts no matter how many times I refresh. All of these new samples have been added and the app SOMETIMES displays them when I click to send. Other times you are taken to a search page for "Sampling". An update fixed the issue but now it is back. PLEASE GET SOME REAL ANDROID DEVELOPERS ON THE TEAM!!!
