The content is extraordinary and Dr Meldrum provides so much value that it's worth every penny, but the app needs some serious makeover... It won't synchronize (I'm a subscriber to the Applied series but the top-down and bottom-up videos don't show up among the Readings in the app), and previously downloaded videos disappear unexpectedly, which make the app kind of unusable. Tried to re-install it and then log in, but it wouldn't solve the issue.

The app stops functioning and does not display any of the course material or any of my downloads. I will download a couple videos and then when I sign into the app again a few minutes later the downloads and course material are blank. Please advise on how to fix. The app is a great way to study on the go if it was not for this issue.

The app is still not working for lots of people and the ability to download on the website has also been taken off. Making it difficult for some of us to access the videos on the go. Kindly fix this or allow us download on the site till the app works perfectly. It's not helping at all. I can't download, the app keeps crashing few seconds after I hit download. Nothing is working. Completely wasted
