Noah's Doodle is a drawing app for small children — the kind who can't read yet, tap too fast, and want to see something wonderful happen right now. Open it and you're already drawing. No menus, no login, no tutorial.

THE KALEIDOSCOPE
Turn on symmetry and a single squiggle blooms into a mandala. Choose 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 mirrors and every stroke is echoed around the canvas in real time. Children who can barely hold a crayon straight make something genuinely beautiful on their first try.

NINE BRUSHES
Marker, crayon, glitter and rainbow for everyday drawing — then the light brushes: neon that glows white-hot at its core, bubbles that drift across the page, aurora bands that shift colour as they travel, and fire that leaves embers behind. Pick any of the 24 colours and the glowing brushes glow in that colour.

BACKDROPS
Eight canvases to draw on, including Galaxy and Blackout, which is where the light brushes really sing. Children can also draw straight onto their own photos, chosen by a grown-up through Android's system photo picker and kept private on the device.

COLOURING PAGES
Twenty outline pictures to colour in — a sun, a fish, a rocket, a cat, a house and more.

STAMPS
Stars, hearts, flowers, suns, moons and fish. Tap to place one, drag to lay a trail, and in kaleidoscope mode they mirror along with everything else.

MY FRIDGE
Every drawing saves itself automatically, so nothing is ever lost to a mis-tap. Open any picture again to watch a time-lapse of it drawing itself back, or give it a spin.
