Wish I could give zero stars! Paid for a year subscription, which is not cheap, and haven't been able to use the app on any device. I keep getting prompted to start a subscription before I can watch anything. I'm certainly not about to pay again and I've had no reply from cust. service but a canned response email and no follow-up. Lack of support seems to be a major issue looking at the other reviews. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated and cannot recommend.

Subscribed and paid the monthly fee (which is quite expensive in comparison to other services) because my daughter LOVES watching Ballet - but we've only ever been able to get it to work and play twice in weeks. initially it wouldn't let us log in, and now whenever we try to select something to watch, we just get a pink spinning wheel that never loads. We've tried the phone app and the TV app on two seperate TVs. Is it not criminal to charge for a service that you don't provide?

Love the wonderful array of classical and contemporary art pieces. Can't wait to watch them all!
