Content is amazing! App and Customer Service - not so much. Old app was full of bugs, but had the option to download and view offline. The new app has fixed some of the bugs, but done away with the offline viewing. Customer service and tech support is awful. I have jumped through the hoops of reinstalling, clearing the cache, using wireless vs mobile data, hopping on one foot during a full moon, and finally the just stop responding. Again, the content is exceptional and worth 5 stars alone!

Wish I could give zero stars! Paid for a year subscription, which is not cheap, and haven't been able to use the app on any device. I keep getting prompted to start a subscription before I can watch anything. I'm certainly not about to pay again and I've had no reply from cust. service but a canned response email and no follow-up. Lack of support seems to be a major issue looking at the other reviews. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated and cannot recommend.

I really want to like this service but the UX needs improvement especially the search functions. Something I found in the categories wasn't even found by searching for it by text. I'd subscribe if this was fixed and more content was added. Video quality is high though. Easy to cast through Chromecast.
