Be nice if I could use this app. Haven't been able to access it at all. I open it, enter my DOC, receive the code via text and it brings up my picture to click if its me so, I do. Then, I have to do a live picture verification and when my camera opens, it immediately freezes on the image it opened to! I've waited and waited when the "App not responding" message pops up but, eventually I just click close app.. Worthless.

SO FAR A JOKE..... THIS APP SUCKS...... NEEDS TO FIXED OR REMOVE PERMANENTLY AND ALLOW ONES THT HAVE TO REPORT TO REPORT THE OLD WAY. I have been trying over and over again to get app to work. I've downloaded, Uninstaller, reinstalled multiple times. I've set notifications on, set permissions on. it will not go past the permission screen on app. I've contacted my po and same thing. i NEED to get this app up and running SOON.

I haven't had too many problems til this month. Now I've had the same issues I've read several other ppl having. Telling me to install latest version, but when I get to the play store, there's no updates. Just open or uninstall. VERY frustrating!! I emailed them about the issue, and they responded within a couple of hours to notify me that the issue had been fixed, and it was. As long as the problem doesn't arise again, I'd say I'm very pleased with the overall experience.
