I haven't had too many problems til this month. Now I've had the same issues I've read several other ppl having. Telling me to install latest version, but when I get to the play store, there's no updates. Just open or uninstall. VERY frustrating!! I emailed them about the issue, and they responded within a couple of hours to notify me that the issue had been fixed, and it was. As long as the problem doesn't arise again, I'd say I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

SO FAR A JOKE..... THIS APP SUCKS...... NEEDS TO FIXED OR REMOVE PERMANENTLY AND ALLOW ONES THT HAVE TO REPORT TO REPORT THE OLD WAY. I have been trying over and over again to get app to work. I've downloaded, Uninstaller, reinstalled multiple times. I've set notifications on, set permissions on. it will not go past the permission screen on app. I've contacted my po and same thing. i NEED to get this app up and running SOON.

Was told to download this app by my officer. First she said she sent me a link to download it. Never got that text. Finally found the app and downloaded it. Added the access code and pid. Then is says it text me a code. Never got it. No clue at all what to do. I got to permissions, can't turn on notifications for it. Would love to know how to get whatever text is coming from this system so I can log in. Be much easier to report everything month through an app than to mail in the paper.
