I've hated it since the day I purchased it. 1. Forces you to spend more. It's very uncomfortable to watch on a tiny screen mobile phone, and if you want a good view you need to buy a Tablet worth 30k-40k min. 2. I have asked for subtitles on lectures, because many teachers speak very quickly like Nair Sir, and some have accents, but they don't provide subtitles to all lectures. 3. App has many issues, have to reach out to the tech team many times and their response is just to restart my router

worst customer service ever. Fed up with it. Lecture classes are really good. That's the only reason I'm giving one star. But, if you face any kind of issues in between your subscription, no one is is gonna help you clear that despite of repeated requests. Think twice before you take up a subscription.

App is great and content is great, but for a NEET SS Aspirant, there should be 3 options - 1 for only aceing PG Residency and Clinical Skills, 1 specifically for NEET SS, 3rd separately for INI SS specific branch, atleast NEET SS and INI SS separation must be there so that overwhelmingly all the content is not imposed on us. And more clinically case oriented questions should also be there so as to increase the analysis and concept building approach for a candidate.
