I've hated it since the day I purchased it. 1. Forces you to spend more. It's very uncomfortable to watch on a tiny screen mobile phone, and if you want a good view you need to buy a Tablet worth 30k-40k min. 2. I have asked for subtitles on lectures, because many teachers speak very quickly like Nair Sir, and some have accents, but they don't provide subtitles to all lectures. 3. App has many issues, have to reach out to the tech team many times and their response is just to restart my router

The content and faculty are quite good, making the app useful for learning. However, the biggest drawback is the poor customer support. Despite being a user for over three years, I have rarely received responses to my queries regarding subscriptions, feedback, or app-related issues. Better student support and communication would greatly improve the user experience...

Many features which would drastically improve the ease of use are missing. For example, if you want to search a specific question in the attempted GTs, their is no option for that, I suggest to add a keyword search option for GTs so that searching for a specific question becomes easy. Also add option to make custom bookmarks, the given ones are insufficient. Also add a feature which lets you see the progress in certain tests, like currently all tests are given in progress graph. Make it custom.
