The one thing that I liked the most about the app was it's seamless user interface and close to no lag. But now, don't know if anyone else faces the same issue but with every update there seems to be lag especially while playing videos. It's taking longer than usual to play. It just goes on loading. Please fix the issue. Update : it's worse now. Randomly redirects to home page, too much buffering.

Content is great but absolute worst on the technical side to be honest. It's an edtech app, why not fix the bugs and also allow to stream videos on the website? Easier for many students to access it through PC/laptops, besides it being a boost for their business to attracting more customers. To sit and watch through 100+ hours of the videos and especially the virtual notes on the app is an immense pain and strain on the eyes. Hoping you won't ignore and you're on board to address this issue.

Why don't you fix bugs, it's jerking on high speed and lagging as hell. Do look into the concern. Every update makes it even worse. These 3 stars are for content and faculty, but no use as you can't even watch videos for 5 continuous minutes without any problem.
